Once the return is received successfully and verified by our Delivery & Dispatch team, as per your request, we will send you the replacement or initiate the refund process, where the applicable amount will be refunded to your bank account as per the details shared by you. Please wait for 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your system.

Return and refund is NOT applicable for Trainings and Robotics kits. 

Replacement, Refund or return is only applicable within 7 Days for successful delivery date for products which do NOT fall in categories of trainings and Robotics Kits.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to us on info@cctinternshala.in or call us on +91-9555554944. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
